Who runs this website

ReadRungs, LLC operates readrungs.com. Questions about this website or its optional update list can be sent to support@readrungs.com. This page describes the public website, including the reading sample and email form.

The website and the app

The public website explains ReadRungs and links to the reading and math application at app.readrungs.com. It does not accept documents for processing. If you open the application, its app privacy policy describes document processing and progress storage. The public website’s optional email list is separate from that application.

What the update form collects

If you join the list, the form sends your email address and the audience option you selected: an older child, a younger child, yourself, or students you teach. The server adds the submission time. The form does not ask for a child’s name, email, school, document or reading history. The selected audience is a broad category, not a record about an identified child.

The list is offered for updates about future math tools and parent features. Joining is optional; the links to current reading and math practice work without joining.

Reading the sample

Changing a sample rung and opening the original comparison happen in the browser. Those choices do not submit the passage to an AI provider or add an entry to the update list. The sample is authored illustrative text. The page does not create an account, save reading history or install advertising trackers.

Services involved

The website is configured for hosting on Vercel. The update endpoint is written to store email, audience and submission time in a Redis list through an Upstash-compatible REST service. A failed storage request does not produce a successful signup message. See Vercel’s privacy notice and Upstash’s privacy policy for those providers’ own information.

Cookies and tracking

This public-site build sets no tracking cookies and includes no third-party analytics, advertising pixel or session replay script. The fonts and graphics are served with the website. Hosting infrastructure may process requests independently of the page’s scripts; the hosting review item above must be resolved before this policy takes effect.

Retention and requests

For questions about an update-list entry, contact support@readrungs.com using the email address entered in the form. There is currently no account dashboard for this list. Do not include a child’s documents or other sensitive material in a request.

Children and changes

The update form asks for an adult’s email. School readers can explore the public sample without joining it.
